Jenny

Trying to get someone to write Jenny's bio was a difficult task, especially after they read mine (see below), since the bar was set high. So, I had to beg Rachelle, who wrote mine, to write it and after promising much, she did!  It's great work (and she approached it with real enthusiasm too!), but I still think she comes out too nice!

  • Caring and trusted advisor for family and friends.
  • Passionate about health and fitness. Doesn’t know how to sleep in. Never misses her morning walk or run.
  • But, is known to indulge in her vices, chocolate - the darker the better (nothing under 70%), ice cream (chocolate of course) and of course her mum's shortbread.
  • Cares about other people’s fitness, but beware, when she asks you to join her for a walk - a ‘walk’ with Jenny is really code for a run!
  • Does not like to stand still, and does not take a direct route if a street light is red. To keep moving you follow all of the green walk signs through the city, even though it takes you twice the distance to walk anywhere.
  • Super organized, planned this party over two years out.
  • Known in some circles as the "Apostrophe Police"!
  • We still dine out on the - "Look out there's a naked dog running through our yard!" that she screamed one weekend afternoon. Recommended that you ask her about this incident, we call it the "Nudie Dog Story".
  • Looks after you, but don’t seek her out for sympathy for man flu or tending to cuts and bruises. Ask her about the "Grassy Knoll" incident if you want a laugh.
  • Great driver, graduated from the South Australian School for Taxi Drivers. And, if you are lucky enough to drive with Jen, hang on and block your ears!
  • Australia has lot of "Big Things", like the "Big Pineapple", "Big Banana", and Jenny can boast she worked at the "Big Lobster"! But, she leaves that out of her resume!
  • Has a lot of patience - she is married to Pete after all.

Peter

Now I must introduce this "bio", as Jenny asked a friend (Rachelle Mott) to review this website and to provide feedback whilst I was developing it. Bad move! The feedback I got was only on my Bio, and this is it:

  • Generous with time and will do anything for family and friends.
  • Very good one sided communicator, talks a lot.
  • His best friend is Alexa.
  • Great at providing feedback, even without being asked.
  • Very clean, slight OCD tendencies particularly around the washing machine and dishwasher.
  • Very happy person, likes to laugh, mostly at other people.
  • Unique skills at talking to and communicating with animals, even statues.
  • Great researcher and likes a good gadget as long as it has been well reviewed.
  • Movie critic and knowledgeable about things that don’t actually matter.
  • Tour guide and expert at all things Melbourne, even has his own bridge.
  • A great cook and even lets you help if you can do it right.
  • Becomes nervous if you take the remote and ask what does this button do?
  • Expert web developer and is very patient, assisting without judgement.
  • But these are all the things that we love about you!

And we celebrated!
