RSVP Update & Drinks Survey

It's no 'April Fools day' joke, it's only 30 days to the party! Our RSVP numbers are finally in, and we have 87 of you attending. So many thanks to you for helping us celebrate our delayed 60th & 70th birthdays and now our 61st and 71st birthdays.
The main purpose of this blog post was to get you to complete the 'drinks survey', so that we can cater for your needs, as best we can, by getting your drinking preferences. It will help us stock the bar with the right mix of red/white wine, beer and soft drink. So it's in your own interest to complete!
Additionally, with RSVPs now finalised, Jenny has used her graphic artist skills to do a HR influenced attendee list, see below for details. This way you can see who is coming, so if you pull out now we will know the reason!
Just a further reminder for you interstate visitors, Victoria still has the 'Entry Permit' system in place, so don't forget to apply, it only takes a few minutes. You can visit here for details and register.
And we will keep reminding you, this is a 'NO PRESENTS' birthday party, your attendance is our 'gift'. We are still really looking forward to seeing you in May and having a wonderful fun evening. We all need it!
Drinks Survey
While the venue has a 'bar area', it needs to be stocked by us. To get an idea of the quantities and ratios required, it would be great if we knew your drinking preferences. Don't worry, we won't be on-selling this information or use it against you!
As most of you are coming as couples, we have provided 'Guest 1' & 'Guest 2' selection areas within the survey form to allow for one response per family. For any attendees in your party above 2, we will assume (just for the purpose of this survey) that these are non-alcohol drinkers, and they will be catered for with water & 'soft' drinks. You have until the 11th April 2021 to submit.
Family Attendees
Yes, you family members should know who you are, either a Mowatt or a Russell and their derivatives by marriage. And we have extended family attending representing the Grears, Lowes, Keens, Allens and Bradleys. You can see them all in the graphic that Jenny has constructed here and their relationship to us.

Friend Attendees
You may not be truly 'family' but we consider you family, well at least in this blog! We have both accumulated many work colleagues as friends. We even have some non-work related friends, albeit, we may have met one or two via work matters!
